This entry-level service is designed for riders who want a quick check-up and basic adjustments without a full clean or deep inspection. What’s Included: • Brake and gear adjustments • Tire inflation to recommended PSI • Chain lubrication • Minor bearing check • Safety inspection and test ride Note: This package does not include frame cleaning, drivetrain deep-cleaning, or wheel truing. If your bike has seen serious mileage, weather, or storage time — or if you want it running like new — we strongly recommend upgrading to our Performance Package for a full ultrasonic drivetrain clean, wheel service, and polish. ​Family fleet? We start with a full wash and polish, allowing our technicians to inspect every component with clarity. From ultrasonic drivetrain cleaning to wheel truing and gear tuning, every step is designed to restore performance and extend the life of your bike. What’s Included: • Ultrasonic drivetrain cleaning (chain, cassette, crankset, derailleurs) • Front & rear wheel truing and spoke tension check • Brake system adjustment (rim or disc) • Gear tuning and derailleur alignment • Drivetrain wear inspection • Minor bearing adjustments (headset, bottom bracket, hubs) • Lubrication of chain and external pivot points • Full bike wash and polish (frame, fork, wheels, drivetrain) • Tire inflation to recommended PSI • Safety inspection and test ride • Reduced labour rates on any replacement parts E-bike service add-on: +$30 Includes system check, firmware updates (if applicable), and motor/battery inspection. ​Family fleet? We go beyond the standard tune-up to ensure your bike is race-ready, event-tuned, and optimized for performance. Every component is inspected, cleaned, adjusted, and documented — with priority scheduling and tailored recommendations included.
